Processing Time For Orders:

•

Orders are processed and shipped out only on business days, which are Monday thru Friday and exclude Holidays. (Please check home page or contact us for upcoming Holiday shipping schedules.)

•

Orders placed before the cut-off time on a business day will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after the cut-off time or on a non-business day will likely be shipped out on the following business day. (See cut-off times below.)

Delivery Dates & Shipping Costs:

You can calculate delivery dates and prices on our website in two simple steps:

Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

Then, on the "Shopping Cart" page, enter your Shipping Zip / Postal Code to the appropriate box and click the "Update Changes" button.

That's it, your shipping options with pricing and "deliver-by dates" will be shown!

Notes about the "Deliver-By Dates":
•	The website is only able to calculate delivery dates for UPS 3-Day Select, UPS Second Day, and UPS Next Day. Contact us to get the delivery date for UPS Ground.
•	The "Deliver-By Dates" shown are based on the order being placed by the next shipping cut-off time, which right now would be 2:00pm CST on the following business day.
•	Actual delivery date may be sooner than shown, depending on your shipping address. For example, a UPS Ground shipment may be delivered just as fast as UPS Second Day shipment. Contact us for exact delivery dates.
•	A problem in verifying addresses and/or payment may result in a delayed shipping date.

How Shipping Costs Are Calculated:

Shipping charges are calculated using the weight, location and shipping method for each order shipped. Weight is rounded up to the nearest pound per box shipped. (Note: Single discs weigh between .07 and .25 lbs.)

Available Shipping Methods:

The chart below shows all of the available shipping methods we offer. For each of the methods, we have listed the delivery time, whether or not tracking is included, and the locations that can use that method.

The delivery time refers to the travel time after your order is shipped. It does not include the time it takes us to process your order. (See "Processing Time For Orders" above for more information.)

Actual delivery times differ, depending on your shipping address. For example, a UPS Ground shipment may be delivered just as fast as UPS Second Day shipment. Contact us for exact delivery times.

•

Orders are delivered only on business days, which are Monday thru Friday and exclude Holidays. US Postal Service also includes Saturday as a business day in which a package may be delivered. (Please check home page or contact us for upcoming Holiday shipping schedules.)

International Shipping:

•	Other than to Canada, we do not ship internationally.
•	UPS Standard Canada and US Postal Service Global Priority are the available shipping methods for Canada.

Miscellaneous Disclaimers:

•	A problem in verifying charge card funds and/or addresses may result in a delayed shipping date. We will attempt to contact you as soon as such a problem arises. However, we are not responsible for such delays.
•	We do not ship to P.O. Boxes when using UPS as the carrier.
•	Customers in Canada are responsible for customs, brokerage, and/or import fees at the time of delivery. Please check with UPS and your customs office for more information.
•	UPS Ground shipping is not available to Puerto Rico or any US Possession.

Delivery Service Delays & Interruptions:

The delivery times do not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the delivery location; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; and natural disasters.
