Non-Defective: Due to the nature of software sales and copyright laws, we cannot
provide a refund for opened software. We will issue a refund
for unopened software within 30 days from the shipment date.
All non-defective software returns will incur a 15% restocking
fee. You will bear all shipping costs for the return of non-defective
software. If you received free shipping for the software, you
will be charged for the original shipping. We will refund the
purchase price of the unopened software less all applicable restocking
fees and shipping costs. |

Defective: Due to the nature of software

for anything other than replacement
of the identical item purchased. We will replace defective
software within 30 days from the shipment date. All defective
software must be returned in its original packaging and must
include all accessories that came with it (e.g. song lists,
lyric booklets, etc.). Your software will be tested by a technician
before a replacement is processed. Software that is returned
as defective, which cannot be verified, or is damaged due to
apparent misuse or neglect will incur a minimum 15% restocking
fee or it will be sent back at your expense and a replacement
will not be processed. We will bear shipping costs for the
return and the replacement of defective software up to a total
of $15. However, we will not reimburse you for shipping costs
if you return defective software via an expedited shipping
method (e.g. Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select, etc.). The shipping
method used for the return and the replacement is at our discretion.
However, you have the option of paying for the difference of
an expedited shipping method. You will bear any additional
fees for special services such as carrier pick-up. Software
replacements are shipped once we receive your defective software.
Manufacturer warranty applies after 30 days from the shipment
date. |

registration forms, etc.). All returned equipment and accessories
must be in new condition or they will be sent back at your expense
and a refund will not be processed. If you received free shipping
for the equipment, you will be charged for the original shipping.

less all applicable restocking fees and shipping costs. |

(i.e. software or equipment, non-defective or defective, refund

If a refund is requested for unopened software
or equipment that is part of a package deal: We will refund
the purchase price of the entire package deal less all applicable
restocking fees and shipping costs. We will then charge you
the current price of each item kept from the package deal.
If you received free shipping for the merchandise, you may
be charged for the original shipping for each item kept. |
| INCORRECT ITEMS: |

If you receive incorrect software or equipment
due to our mistake, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will arrange to have the item returned and will send you
the
correct
item
or issue a full refund. You will not be charged any additional
shipping costs for replacement shipments. We will not reimburse
you for shipping costs if you return incorrect merchandise
via an expedited shipping method (e.g. Next Day, 2nd Day, 3
Day Select, etc.). |
| LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGE: |

We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt
of any merchandise that is received damaged. Keep all packaging
materials. We will then contact UPS to pick up the package
and begin an investigation. If your package is lost, contact
us immediately so that we can attempt to trace and recover
your package. If you paid for expedited shipping and the package
was not delivered on time, contact us so that we can initialize
a claim on your behalf. |
| RETURN PROCEDURE: |

Do not send any merchandise back to DB Karaoke
without first contacting us and obtaining a Return Authorization
number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Request
a Return Authorization number by calling the service department
at (866) 550-7867, or by using the online form (click button
below). Along with the Return Authorization, we will provide
you with
further instructions for completing the return. Do not write
on the merchandise box/package. Returned items must be shipped
with sufficient packing materials in a shipping box - the same
way you received it. We recommend that you insure your shipment.
We are not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during
the return shipment. Items received with apparent misuse or
neglect will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
Please allow 2 weeks to process refunds. Refunds will be issued
in the same form we received payment. |
